We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscriptions to our paid plans (Pro, Team, or tailored Business plans).

It is important to understand the difference between cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals. You will continue to have full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
A refund is a return of funds for a period you have already been billed for. Outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee, we generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused seats.

If a significant technical issue prevents you from using EdithPro and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a full or pro-rated refund at our sole discretion, even outside the standard 14-day window.
In the rare event that you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, please notify us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
Once a refund is approved and initiated by EdithPro, it typicaly takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our direct control.
