14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscriptions to our paid plans.
- Request must be made within 14 calendar days of initial purchase
- Applies to first-time subscription to a paid plan
- A reason is helpful for feedback (even if the guarantee is no-questions-asked)
Exclusions may apply for renewals, upgrades after the 14-day period, terminated accounts due to violations, or repeated refund requests for the same service.
Cancellation vs. refunds
Cancellation prevents future renewals and keeps access until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds return funds for a period already billed. Outside the guarantee, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused seats.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@edithpro.app from the email address associated with your account
- Use subject: Refund Request - [Your Account Email]
- Include your Order ID or Basket ID (from confirmation email or billing dashboard)
- Briefly state the reason for your request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Special circumstances
- Technical issues that prevent use and cannot be resolved may be eligible for discretionary refunds
- Accidental double billing should be reported immediately for correction
Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear back on the original payment method. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution.
