You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdithPro from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@edithpro.app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms may be modified from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
