An overview of the security measures and practices we use to protect your data and keep EdithPro reliable.

Security at EdithPro

At EdithPro, the security of your data is our top priority. We understand the trust you place in us when you use our video messaging platform, and we are committed to maintaining high standards of security and privacy.

This document outlines the security measures and practices we have in place to protect your information and ensure the integrity and availability of our services.

Infrastructure security

We host our services on industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers with strong physical security and environmental controls.

  • Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+
  • Encryption at rest: AES-256 for recordings and metadata
  • Network protections: firewalls, intrusion detection, and DDoS mitigation

Application security

We build security into our development lifecycle and regularly review our code for vulnerabilities.

  • Secure authentication (including OAuth flows)
  • Role-based access controls (RBAC)
  • Input validation to reduce risk of injection and XSS
  • Regular internal and external audits

Data governance & privacy

We are committed to transparency and privacy principles aligned with global regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and security frameworks like SOC 2.

You maintain ownership of your recordings and can delete data. Deletions are processed across our systems.
